I loved my spacious Superior Twin Room, complete with a charming wardrobe and a large bathroom featuring a cozy bathtub. The pressure of the water was strong and the hot water was always available Plus, enjoying breakfast at the popular restaurant, featuring both Chinese and Thai dishes, was a good experience!
100% recommend 😊❤️

The check-in process was quick and efficient.
The hotel entrance is quite challenging, with a steep set of stairs that can be problematic for guests with mobility issues. I observed that the bell staff seemed selective in offering help, leaving some guests to struggle with their luggage. Moreover, the overall condition of the hotel, particularly the older carpets and poor soundproofing, diminished the experience.

The reception was quite impressive and made us feel welcomed. Our large family, including my brother, enjoyed spacious rooms, but the location was a real gem for our outings. It was just a short trip to the nearest metro, which was super handy.
My kids wished for a better variety in the breakfast options.

Spacious Rooms and a Nice Rooftop Pool
I really enjoyed my stay, especially the spacious room with a comfy bed and plenty of storage. The hotel is located in a quiet area, making it easy to sleep well, yet it's just a quick walk to restaurants and the BTS station. The rooftop swimming pool offers a great view, and the buffet breakfast had a nice selection, though they were a bit strict about timing. One downside was the lack of towels for the pool and the need to use the same for both pool and shower.

The location offers easy access to local taxis, with a variety of cafes and restaurants right outside. Breakfast featured a nice selection, especially the fresh fruits and some unique Chinese/Thai dishes. However, the outdated room had an uncomfortable step down that felt unsafe, and the Wi-Fi connection was very poor, which the staff even acknowledged. Breakfast was a bit chaotic, with self-service options that were only lukewarm at best.

The hotel's reception is grand, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and come with a nice bathtub. The nearby metro station makes it convenient for getting around the city, which was a plus. However, the breakfast could be improved, as it was lackluster at times.
